Membership Meeting Scheduled for 4 pm, Sunday, October 22

The Brush Creek Board would like to invite all Brush Creek members and friends to join us at a membership meeting at 4 pm on Sunday, October 22 at the Playhouse.

We will be electing new officers, hearing a report from the Board on the 2018 season and other activities, and considering two proposed amendments to the Bylaws. The first would change the Bylaws to indicate that the regular annual membership meeting will “normally” be held in September. The second would slightly adjust the changes made last year so that membership would not expire until the end of the year after it was established or renewed.

To all Brush Creek members and friends,

Come join us for food, fun and a bit of frivolity! The annual Brush Creek Players Celebration and General Membership meeting will be held beginning at 1 pm on Saturday, September 29 at the Brush Creek Playhouse (11535 Silverton Road).  In addition to acknowledging our 2012 season and promoting our 2013 season, our celebration will include the dedication of our ‘renewed’ building exterior and interior and the formal completion of the grant from the Oregon Cultural Trust that made the work possible.

 

The business meeting will include a financial report, proposed changes to the Bylaws, and election of the 2013 president, vice president, secretary and treasurer.
